Tally provides an AI accounts-receivable assistant that connects read-only to your accounting tools, watches every issued invoice, drafts calibrated follow-ups in your voice when a payment slips, and helps you stay on top of overdue balances without writing each chase email yourself. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
When you connect QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, or HubSpot via OAuth, you grant Tally read-only scopes on your account. Tally never writes, modifies, voids, or files anything in your ledger. We do not adjust amounts, mark invoices paid, or change customer records on your behalf.
You can revoke Tally's access at any time from the Integrations page in your dashboard or directly from your provider's app-management screen.
Drafts are drafts.Tally generates email drafts using Anthropic Claude based on your voice profile and the invoice's payment history. Drafts appear in your dashboard for approval before sending.
Sending. If you connect your Gmail account via OAuth, drafts you approve are sent from your email address. If you use our Resend transport, messages are sent from a Tally-branded address. You are responsible for the content of any message you choose to send, including ensuring the recipient has consented to receive collection communications from you.
Tally subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe ($49/mo Freelancer or $199/mo SMB). Subscriptions include a 7-day trial unless otherwise noted at checkout. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and is not prorated.
You can delete your Tally account at any time from the Settings page. On deletion we permanently remove your account record, drafted reminders, and synced invoice/client data within 30 days. Integration tokens are revoked immediately. If we terminate your account for breach of these terms we will notify the account email and provide an export of your data on request.
You agree not to use Tally to (a) send communications that violate any applicable debt-collection law (FDCPA, state equivalents) or consumer-protection statute; (b) impersonate another business or person; (c) interfere with the Service or attempt to circumvent rate limits; or (d) use the Service for transactions that do not represent genuine invoices owed to your business. You are solely responsible for compliance with laws that govern your collection practices in your jurisdiction. Tally is not a licensed debt collector.
The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that drafted follow-ups will recover specific invoices or that synced data will be free of provider-side errors. Outages, provider API changes, or downstream delivery failures (bounce, spam-filter rejection) are inherent to email and accounting integrations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tally's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue from unpaid invoices.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date and emailed to the account address. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions: hello@kynth.studio.
